When a company truly really wants to create a confident work environment that is based on large trust, excellent customer service, collaborative teamwork, detailed excellence, and creative problem solving, then the workplace must continue to understand, purchase, and be alert to the demands of it is people that represents the company most valuable assets, and is as well one of its most important customers, employees. The returning on such nominal purchases will come in the form of higher degrees of employee motivation, creativity, output, and dedication that will maneuver the organization forward with higher profitability. But, if company are not attentive to the needs of its employees particularly if these workers are exposed to large stress, long hours of work and demanding clients which is encounter by a quick service cafe employee, it will eventually create feasible effects on their productivity (Hatter, 2012).
In order to avoid problems through decreased motivation, poor customer service and reduce productivity of the employee, speedy service restaurant are now offering workplace wellbeing program and encourage staff to get involved. Workplace health and fitness program is definitely any software implemented by an employer to improve the labor force. It is made to increase the production of an worker by providing companies focused on expanding personality and improving the productivity of your employee which improve the work force and provide the organization with greater profitability (Ibid). Companies inspire employee to participate in workplace health and fitness programs for some reasons such as to create great attitude, making employees more content with the firm and more satisfied with their careers; to see more favorably by their employees; and to support demonstrate to personnel that the firm cares about these people. For these reasons, it can help the organization meet or increase sales and production goals, raise employee morale and productivity for extraordinary functionality (Tourville, 2012). This study attempted to research the significant effect of employee contribution on office wellness plan on their output. This is then a review of related literature about workplace well being program, staff participation and productivity. Finally, the newspaper reported the survey results of theoretical implications.
Affirmation of the Issue
The primary objective of this examine was to identify employee production and worker participation upon workplace wellbeing program. Even though quick service restaurant are providing workplace wellbeing program and encourage staff to take part, little was known if it has a significant effect on employees' productivity.
Particularly, the study helped to answer the subsequent questions: 1 . What are the workplace wellness programs being offered by selected quick service restaurants? 2 . Will employee get involved on work environment wellness applications? 3. Truly does employee consider the effects of workplace wellness program before engaging? 4. What was/were the reason(s) of employee in participating on workplace well being programs? a few. What was/were the significant effect(s) on efficiency of those personnel who get involved and do not participate on workplace wellness system?
